Overview About “Heart of Eden” by “Caroline Fyffe”

Heart of Eden is a revolutionary book on health and healing. It is beautifully written and full of information that will help you to optimize your well-being as well as help you heal yourself, particularly if you are suffering from any kind of chronic illness. I’ve used natural healing techniques in my practice for a number of years and I must say that there has been nothing that I’ve seen come along in recent times which can hold a candle to it. This book contains information that can literally be life-changing for many people including details about helping with autoimmune diseases like Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, Multiple Sclerosis, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome; fibromyalgia; osteoporosis; cancer (there’s even a section on brain cancer), and much more.

Reviews About “Heart of Eden” by “Caroline Fyffe”

When I sat down to write my review for Heart of Eden, it took me a while to figure out where to start. Is it with Anne and her seventeen-year-old daughter, Lillian? Or is it with Evelyn, who was such a central part of Anne’s life that she became one of her closest friends? Or maybe it’s with poor Ray Blanton, whose life ended far too soon because he didn’t have a mother as everyone else does. I suppose any one of those things could be what you want if you pick up Heart of Eden but it will be all three at once. The thing about Heart of Eden is that it isn’t just about one person or even two people; it’s about an entire town—the good, bad, and ugly parts.

It tells stories from different points of view (and sometimes in different time periods) without losing sight of its overall message: small towns are great places to live as long as you don’t mind living there forever or not being able to leave when you want to. If anything, though, I think Heart of Eden would be best described as an homage to small towns everywhere because they aren’t all filled with closed-minded people who wouldn’t know culture if it slapped them in their faces—they’re filled with people who care deeply about their communities and each other.

About “Caroline Fyffe” the author of “Heart of Eden”

As a child, Australian author Caroline Fyffe fell in love with plants. She grew up on a farm in Gippsland, Victoria (near Mt Buller), and developed an enduring fascination with them. After completing her studies at Monash University, she began working for water resources management agencies around Melbourne. As a research scientist at one of these agencies, The Board of Works, Caroline studied urban stormwater management. She soon found that her passion for plants—and helping people understand how to get along with them—could be channeled into writing gardening books. And so she began working as a freelance writer and editor while raising two sons. Her first book was published in 2005; it became popular with gardeners and landscapers in Australia, New Zealand, and across Asia Pacific regions.
