A Memory of Light is a book written by Robert Jordan, Brandon Sanderson, and Maria Simons. This is a fantasy novel that was written in 2013 after many years. The book became very popular as it was written by one of the greatest writers who were not able to complete his series. It brought back old characters and depicted their new stories. Events take place right before the last battle between Shadow and Light side. All main characters meet in Shayol Ghul to fight for their lives. They are also fighting for the future of the world. There are three sides to the fight, one is dark, another is shadow and the third one is light. Rand al Thor’s group comprises mostly men while Egwene al Vere’s group consists mostly of women.

An American author of epic fantasy fiction, best known for The Wheel of Time fantasy series. He is one of few authors to have achieved major success in both comic books and video games, and also wrote a science fiction thriller with Larry Niven called The Mote in God’s Eye. In addition to other awards and nominations, he received two Hugo Awards for some of his short stories and three Nebula Awards, as well as being chosen as one of five annual nominees for the World Fantasy Award for Life Achievement. Jordan was born James Oliver Rigney Jr., on September 17 1948 in Charleston, South Carolina.
