A mother of three, Dawn Bowers found out she was pregnant with her fourth child in the middle of her husband’s deployment to Iraq. Their relationship was already on the rocks from being apart for so long and being uncertain of whether or not her husband would make it home alive. The pregnancy did nothing to help their marriage and things continued to worsen. When the kids were old enough, Dawn made the difficult decision to divorce their father. I found myself hooked on every word just trying to find out what would happen next in Kyle’s journey to stop his evil grandfather from taking over his world as well as ours. If you’re someone who loves fantasy books with danger along with other twists. Then I suggest you read Fire and Ice! The author does an amazing job of describing everything in detail. So that you can imagine yourself being there while reading along. You won’t be disappointed when you read Fire and Ice!

The book Fire and Ice was written by a debut author named Dustin Stevens. This book is about a boy who starts out in a big city living with his father as they grow up together learning how to make money with drug deals. While they find others that they can also teach to do so as well. Eventually, he meets someone else who isn’t exactly like him. But they each have their own strengths that they can help each other out with so they decide to leave their life of crime. Of course, there are many challenges along the way that try to push them back into what it was before. But will it be too much for them? Will they manage to stay on track or will it be harder than expected? You’ll just have to read and see.

He has been teaching for over 15 years, and in that time he has written many books for both adults and children. Fire & Ice is his first young adult novel.
