They definitely had some doubts about the high fruit content of this style of raw eating. But now they are excited to try it. They really like the way Kristina breaks everything down into simple language that’s easy to comprehend and it gets right to the point. There are reference charts about vitamins, minerals, calorie and protein content in food, etc.
This book is fantastic. It’s really user-friendly and what readers love about it is that the recipes don’t require a long list of so many ingredients. However, they do require a lot of a certain type of ingredients such as one of the lunch smoothies requiring 7 bananas and about 4 celery sticks. But readers love that it’s simple and so tasty. It’s been their go-to book for almost everything their raw food. It made them think twice about how to food shop and how much to spend on food each week. They are trying to go down the raw route. They have noticed that they literally just go to the fruit and veg section and they are done. No more looking around and having walked in the different food Isles.
