Overview About “Ancillary Justice” by “Ann Leckie”

Ancillary Justice (Imperial Radch, #1) by Ann Leckie pdf download free. Ancillary Justice is a science fiction novel set in a remote star system called The Radch. This was one of those books that caught my attention for all kinds of reasons but for which I’m unable to provide much depth. Maybe it’s because I don’t really know enough about science fiction to explain why it won awards and garnered such widespread praise or maybe it’s because there are things that worked well in Ancillary and yet still felt unsatisfying. Nevertheless, I found myself fascinated with these characters, their stories, and how they were told.

Reviews About “Ancillary Justice” by “Ann Leckie”

The novel that started it all, Ancillary Justice introduced one of science fiction’s most compelling characters and fascinating societies. Breq is a soldier who used to be many people, now reduced to a single consciousness. Having destroyed her previous ships and dispersed their crews—possibly killing hundreds of thousands in doing so—she now has only one desire: revenge against Anaander Mianaai, many-bodied, near-immortal ruler of a vast empire. To do so she must join with her sole remaining vessel and prevent civil war from destroying an entire civilization’s fledgling attempt at expansion into space. I am going to say something that may come as a surprise: I liked Ancillary Justice.
