However, they quickly find out that The Accord’s representatives are not what they appear to be. This book features many characters and concepts introduced in Old Man’s War. But can be read independently of it as both story arcs are self-contained.

This book is like The Last Colony but better than it in a way that we could feel more connected to our main character. It is just perfect for any science fiction fan out there who wants to read a good book with an exciting story and great characters as well. As I have said, I am not really into science fiction books because most of them get very boring for me. But The Ghost Brigades was different because it was not like all those other books at all! It was just so cool and thrilling to read!
