About “Ansel C. Ugural, Saul K. Fenster” the Authors
Ansel C. Ugural, Ph.D., S.B., M.S., is an Adjunct Professor in Civil Engineering at New York University since 1990; he has been with Newark College of Engineering since 1978 serving as chairperson until 2002 while also receiving his Ph.D., SBIM; Ansel received his BSc (MSC) from the University of Michigan in 1962 and became a professor at NJU right after graduating college. Saul K. Fenster to accommodate students’ needs who were following paths like Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering to further their education in these fields beyond BS or MS levels. After retiring early in 2012, Mr. Ugural moved to California where he continues his work on materials science research.
