Overview About “Silverkin” by “Jeff Wheeler”
Silver Kin is a young adult fantasy novel. This book follows Tev, a teenager from modern times who gets transported to an unfamiliar world. Where magic and non-human creatures are commonplace. The story centers around his experiences in becoming acclimated to his new surroundings. And his attempt to find a way back home while also trying to prevent any sort of war between humans and elves. A lot of things happen throughout Silver Kin that was unexpected yet still seemed natural as they progressed throughout the book. In my opinion, Silverkin was very well written with just enough backstory given so you don’t feel like you missed anything while at the same time not overwhelming you with information all at once as you read. Overall I enjoyed reading Silver Kin and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good young adult fantasy novel.

A Tale of Wyrms and Humans Silverkin is a fantasy novel written by Jeff Wheeler. It is a story about humans who live in peace with dragons, but when an evil dragon named Kalkor seeks to destroy their home, it’s up to two unlikely heroes to save them. This book has many elements that make it great for all ages, including friendship, adventure, magic, and dragons. The writing style is simple yet descriptive enough that you can imagine yourself right there in the story. I recommend Silverkin to anyone who loves fantasy stories with dragons or who enjoys reading books at a more relaxed pace than most novels. – read reviews on Amazon The main character of Silverkin is a young boy named Tasslehoff Burrfoot.
