The main idea that I liked about what Frank discusses in his book is how he provides various levels of depth on each topic within the arena of pivoting and change management. The book focuses less on what to do and more on why it’s important to do it now rather than later. But still gives specific examples at times when it’s needed or fits well with each topic. One recommendation that might come up in your review would be some level of work breakdown structure (WBS) within each section or chapter based on all elements under any given subject. This may also help pull together some aspects that are considered cross-functional (again, where appropriate). This way, as an example you can include not only technology subjects but also areas such as procurement/legal/regulatory/etc.
