It is an advanced eBook that I found incredibly useful in my life and I wanted to share that with others who might be going through similar struggles, who want to feel more in control of their lives, or just want to improve themselves as human beings. The book does a great job of helping you identify your strengths and weaknesses in six different emotional intelligence categories (happiness, mindfulness, optimism, empathy, compassion, and social skills). This allows you to focus on what areas you may need improvement in concerning each category so that you can better yourself at any age!
