Jenny Kramer was camping with her boyfriend and friend Bobbi Jo Smith. They had all set up camp together and were swimming in the lake when they were all attacked. Two died and two lived, but they were not able to identify who committed these crimes. Both Bobbi Jo Smith’s family and Jenny Kramer’s family are convinced it was one of their own. But nobody knows which one of them did it or what drove them to.

This book would be a fantastic introduction for anyone who has never read a true crime book or is not familiar with Mr. Olsen’s work. For long-time fans of his books, you will appreciate how it gives us some backstory into Mr. Olsen and where he came from before we met him in The Face of Deception or even while reading parts of Girls Gone Dead. Also, it looks like we have our first sighting of Jack, as well! So as far as what readers have been missing – 5 stars! Since it is an e-book, I understand why some people may complain about it being too small and difficult to read. However, Mr. Olsen did mention that it was purposely made that way.
