About “Peter G. Northouse” the Author

Peter G. Northouse is an academic, consultant, author, and lecturer on leadership at George Mason University’s School of Management in Fairfax, Virginia. Peter is one of only eight individuals to hold both Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degrees from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business in Palo Alto, California. He currently serves as Executive Director for Leadership Development Programs at GMU’s School of Management. He has been a member of its faculty since 1993.
