This is not just a book about young love–it’s an emotional exploration into what happens when your life changes unexpectedly. The characters are well developed and they were easy to connect with. I enjoyed their journey through highs and lows…and no matter what you may think of Drew’s past actions, despite his mistakes, he is still a likable character who you root for throughout…I truly believe that if every girl had Drew in her life she would be one lucky woman! But be warned: once you pick up Forever My Girl it will be hard to put down.

Heidi McLaughlin has always been a storyteller. She was raised in New York City, where she started writing at an early age and hasn’t stopped since. As a young adult, she attended NYU film school and then moved to Los Angeles, where she worked as a television development executive for Universal Studios. During her ten years in Hollywood, she went on to write over sixty feature film scripts while also penning various short stories and novellas. Five of her screenplays have been produced into independent films that premiered on Lifetime and Oxygen Networks; all of them are now available on Amazon Prime Video.
