George Soros is international finance who founded his own hedge fund company that managed to return over 25% a year for two decades straight. After surviving World War II in London, he studied under Karl Popper and John Maynard Keynes at the London School of Economics. Where he later started his career as an analyst. He rose to prominence after successfully betting against and breaking England’s bank, forcing them out of Europe’s monetary system altogether. He is now one of the wealthiest and most influential figures in all world economics today.
