Disappointed at first, Arthur decides not to let it bring him down and instead decides to enjoy life in Los Angeles as if he were traveling abroad.

Andrew Sean Greer was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He studied English at Northwestern University and received his MFA from Warren Wilson College. He currently lives in New York City. His first novel The Story of a Marriage was published in 2008, and his second novel is entitled, Less.
