Emma has had feelings for Caine ever since they were children but she refuses to get involved with him again because of what happened before. She thinks it would be best if she stays away from him and concentrates on her career as a doctor instead. As time goes on, Emma realizes that things are not as simple as they seem…

Reviews About “Homeport” by “Nora Roberts”

Why Should You Read Homeport? In case you have been living under a rock for your entire life, it would be safe to say that you probably know just how amazing writer Nora Roberts is. Not only has she written over 200 novels in her lifetime, but they are mainly New York Times Bestsellers which are still being translated into multiple languages even today. It’s quite an impressive feat and one that deserves to be commended. It was only natural that I jump at the chance of writing a review on her most recent work – Homeport – after its release earlier in 2016. And speaking of commendable things, let’s talk about how beautiful its cover looks! If there were ever a book that deserved to sit proudly on my shelf, it would definitely be Homeport.

So if you haven’t already guessed from my little rant above, I loved reading it and will now share with you why exactly I enjoyed every moment of it so much. As always with my reviews, we will first start off with a brief overview of what the book is all about before moving on to what made me love reading it so much. So here goes nothing… Homeport is basically a story set during World War II where three brothers go missing while serving their country as soldiers in Europe. Their mother eventually passes away not knowing whether or not her sons are alive or dead and their father struggles to move forward without his wife by his side.
