I recommend reading Blood Magick by Nora Roberts because it shows us what family truly means and no matter how many times you’ve been hurt or let down by your family if you look hard enough you can always find a way to forgive them for anything they’ve done wrong. Another reason why I recommend reading Blood Magick is that it’s got some pretty interesting twists & turns that make me want to keep reading just so I can see if my predictions were right or wrong. One last reason why I would recommend reading Blood Magick is that it’s so easy to relate to even though we may not share some of our family’s background (the characters) but we can still learn from others’ mistakes & triumphs.
Reviews About “Blood Magick” by “Nora Roberts”
This is a complete collection of her The Cousins O’Dwyer Trilogy books: Blood Magick, Dark Witch and Witchlight. For me, it was great to finally have them all in one place and not have to flip through two other books to get to them. You can almost taste Ireland in her writing – you know how some places really stick with you? That’s what I felt reading these! They are a fun read – romantic and suspenseful with just enough mystery mixed in. Some reviewers said they weren’t sure about doing a book that wasn’t really written by Roberts (the three were originally published as standalone novels), but they did a great job pulling everything together into one volume. If you’re looking for something new from Nora Roberts, give these a try!
About “Nora Roberts” the author of “Blood Magick”
Blood Magick is a fiction novel written in a fantasy style, with romance as a core theme. It was published in 1999 and has sold over 2 million copies since then. The novel was made into an equally successful movie that started Julia Ormond’s career as an actress. In 2015, it was adapted for television. The story follows three main characters: Cian (ancient and very powerful), Moira (younger sister of Cian), and Rhyannon (Moira’s daughter). As one might expect, romance plays out between two of these characters; but not necessarily between Moira and Cian, though there are strong hints that may be possible later on in their relationship.
