The Dragon Reborn (abbreviated as TDR) is the third book in The Wheel of Time series written by American author Robert Jordan. It was published by Tor Books and released on October 15, 1991, with an audio edition released on cassette in 1993 and an ebook edition released in ePub format in 2008 and in 2012 as part of The Wheel of Time: A Memory of Light ebook collection. Rand author and his companions enter Bandar Eban; most begin to call him the Dragon Reborn.

About “ROBERT JORDAN” the author of “The Dragon Reborn”
Robert Jordan was born in 1948 in Charleston, South Carolina. He taught himself to read when he was four with the incidental aid of a twelve-years-older brother and was tackling Mark Twain and Jules Verne by five. Robert wrote his first story at seven or eight, but realizing that people would think it was written by a child, he didn’t try to get it published until years later. He wrote constantly and won a small writing contest when he was ten years old. He disliked his first name from early childhood and decided on Rand as an adult; using RJ instead of Robert is a compromise between his real name and his writing name.
