The two team up to uncover why two young girls were murdered. But as they do so more people die – will Jack be able to stop them? With a gripping plot, twists at every corner, and plenty of exciting action, Cut and Run are one of my favorite new series! A must-read for all crime/thriller fans!

I bought Cut and Run on a whim, but once I started reading it, I couldn’t put it down. It was scary enough to keep me up at night but had so many twists that I never saw coming. With more than one mystery going on at once, I loved how each time something looked like it was going to be resolved, a new problem came up which left me wondering how everything would turn out in the end. Overall an amazing read! Not for those who are easily creeped out though! If you enjoy fast-paced thrillers with lots of suspense, definitely pick up Cut and Run!

About “Mary Burton” the author of “Cut and Run”

After thirty years of front-line journalism, covering wars, revolutions, famines, and political crises in many countries, Mary Burton wrote her first novel Cut & Run in 2012. Her second book No Time to Die followed later that year. She was born on a farm in Zimbabwe. Before training as a journalist, she worked as a teacher in Africa, Europe, and Asia; during which time she also studied Mandarin Chinese at Nanjing University and filmed her first television series with China Central Television. She is married to Paul Gilfeather with whom she has two sons – Sean and Luke – who live in Berlin. They divide their time between London, Berlin, and New York City where she works for Reuters TV as foreign affairs editor for Europe.
