Someone to Honour by Mary Balogh takes place in London during the Regency Era of England. This story is about a woman that has been widowed. And she has decided that it would be best if she were to not marry again. However, her children do not feel that they are at fault, and they want their mother to remarry. As it turns out, the man they have chosen to be their stepfather is the Duke of Ridgeway. They feel this would be a good match, however, their mother feels differently about it.

She [Mary] is an amazing writer and writes one of my favorite series, Scandalous Sirens. I have been anxiously awaiting Julian and Poppy’s story since I finished Someone to Love back in February! This novel did not disappoint! If you are looking for a passionate reader with a sweet romance that will stay with you long after you finish it, then Someone to Honor is definitely for you. About “Mary Balogh” the author of “Someone to Honour”
Mary Balogh was born in Wales and spent her childhood in Pembrokeshire. After attending Swansea University, she started work as a trainee reporter in a local newspaper. She married young and had two children before returning to education at Cardiff University, where she gained an MA in English Literature. Mary taught for several years before writing her first book. Her novels have sold millions of copies worldwide and are bestsellers both in hardback and paperback, with many translated into other languages including French, German, Spanish, Russian and Dutch.
