About “Ramesh Sharda, Dursun Delen, Efraim Turban” the Authors

Ramesh C. Sharda is a Distinguished University Professor of Information Systems at DePaul University. Ramesh received his Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from Case Western Reserve University in 1985. He was on faculty at Case Western and worked as an adjunct faculty member at Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management until 2001 when he joined DePaul University as a full-time professor with joint appointments in both Information Systems and Business Administration programs and co-director of DePaul’s MS-IS program that was renamed from MS in Decision Support Systems to MS in Enterprise Resource Planning & Data Warehousing in 2004. His teaching interests are decision support systems, data mining, business intelligence, electronic commerce, and information security.
