Ronni Davis is a young, powerful poet and activist from Western New York who has been published in several different anthologies. She uses her writing as a creative outlet, a release for her emotions, and an outlet for inspiration. When asked about her book she says that The poems in When The Stars Lead To You are about love, heartbreak, loss, and perseverance. I began writing poetry after my father passed away when I was 16 years old. Because it helped me heal myself emotionally. After she turned 18 she decided that if she were ever going to make something of herself she had to take a chance and commit herself wholeheartedly. So that’s exactly what she did.
