If you are looking for a fun, easy, sweet read then look no further. You will not be disappointed in Anna and The French Kiss. Lately, I have become obsessed with YA lit books that feature contemporary teenage life. That being said I am so glad that they finally made some of my favorite reads into movies like My Life Next Door (which just came out on DVD). Every author has their style of writing so it can be hard to describe what their writing feels like. But for me, Stephanie Perkins is a cross between Jojo Moyes, Holly Goldberg Sloan, Sarah Dessen, Jennifer Echols, etc… Anna is fantastic! Her sense of humor adds great character to her actions throughout the book.
