I’ve never read a book quite like Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell, and I don’t think I’ll ever forget reading it. This novel follows the lives of two misfits, Eleanor and Park, who manage to find love in each other despite all the hardships life throw at them. This beautifully written story was an absolute delight to read from start to finish, and there’s no doubt it will stay with me forever. Highly recommended!

It’s about two unlikely people finding love in each other. He’s tall for his age with flaming red hair he wears in a shaggy mullet that falls into his eyes; she brushes it aside constantly. She swears like a sailor in front of her mother and grandmother; they try to hide their language around her when she enters rooms.

Eleanor & Park is an awesome and sweet story. I loved it! The characters are so real, they aren’t typical stereotypes that we’re used to reading about in books. If you haven’t already read it, I highly recommend it!
